The Finding You

San Diego Retreat

San Diego, CA

July 12-14, 2024

Are you wanting to create changes or make bolder decisions in your life, but can’t seem to locate your own voice, your own intuition, your own strength, or your own deep knowing? Perhaps you have lost trust with yourself and need support and tools to repair that trust.

In this intimate, interactive, process-oriented weekend retreat, The Finding You Project founders Leeana Tankersley and Elaine Hamilton will lead you into exploring our theme: Learning to Trust Yourself (Again).

Topics include: addressing what has eroded your trust in yourself, where you might be ignoring your own experience, how to create boundaries with kindness, how to forgive yourself, and repair trust with yourself.

We'll also talk about how to listen to the deepest, wisest parts of yourself.

Sessions include teaching from Elaine and Leeana, personal reflection, group processing, discussion, and lots of support. We’ll also enjoy dinners together, coffee breaks, and plenty of indulgent snacks. All in the beauty and comfort of Elaine’s historic 1892 home in the Irvington neighborhood, walking distance to coffee, food, and pedicures!!

Overnight lodging is not provided. Each attendee will need to secure her own accommodations.

Retreat Fee
