Creating a path for every woman to rediscover and reclaim herself.
For those who feel lost...
We know what it feels like to be lost. Lost in disappointment or overwhelm, lost in our roles and responsibilities, lost in grief or self-sabotage.
Feeling lost can lead to self-doubt, which is why we’re all about rebuilding self-trust.
The Finding You Membership in 2023 will focus on how to rebuild trust with yourself. We’ll cover topics like creating boundaries, forgiving yourself, and mitigating other people’s power.

"One of the biggest obstacles and barriers I find in moving forward is that critical voice telling me it is impossible to change lifelong thoughts patterns and behaviors and that no one else has this degree of a struggle. That is where The Finding You Project is so helpful again and again in reminding me that I am not alone, that I am moving through a process, and what I am experiencing is part of that journey."
Karen
"With this project, my goal is to learn more about ME! I want to be able to face my fears, confront them and grow from them. This year I will be an amazing 50 years old and I feel like my life is just now beginning for ME and not everyone else. I can't wait to graduate with a PhD from The Finding You Project!"
Leslie
My marriage has been tumbling apart, and I’ve been working, spinning, striving to rescue it. A huge part of what your lessons and the community of women here has reinforced for me is that I can’t rescue anything or anyone but myself. I have learned, over time, to 'put on my own oxygen mask first,' to pay attention to my own voice, needs, desires and dreams. I have strengthened my resolve in setting and enforcing boundaries and limits that serve ME first."
